Granola is a healthy breakfast option, but also a tempting midnight snack. I used 1 cup of almonds, 1 cup of chopped dates, 2 cups of rolled oats, ½ cup honey, ½ cup peanut butter. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Spread the mixture into a bread tin. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 min. Cut in small pieces Place it in a midnight snack box on the bedside table, or in an airtight container to take home.
