When I was walking in the woodlands I discovered an abandoned beehive in a fallen tree. The comb had become as hard as stone and an interesting medium to work with. Bring the outside in!

Recycled items: honeybee comb, string/ ribbon

Also required: sharp knife

Method: I carved a heart-shape, with a knife from a piece of hardened honeybee comb. With a piece of string through one of the openings it became a unique wildlife decoration in the house.
