Recycled items required:

• foam roses
• string or ribbon
• old frame

The following items will also be required:

• plastic-coated garden wire
• glue gun

Instructions:

1. Bend the wire to form a heart shape. Apply glue to the individual flowers onto the wire heart by using the glue gun.

2. Glue the heart on the back of an old frame with a glue gun. Try to use an old frame, failing which, stain the paper of the back of the frame with some red bush tea. Once done and dried, decorate it with vintage stamps.

3. Hang the picture back to front with the ribbon.
