Recycled items:
— Leftover upholstery webbing
— Unpaired earring

Also required:
— Fabric scissors

Method:
1. Cut 20cm of long webbing.
2. Make a cut into both ends of the webbing, into the bottom at one end and into the top at the other, so that one can slot into the other to hold it into a ring shape.
3. Decorate it with an earring (or any bead will do the job). Glue or sew it on.
4. Slip the serviette through the serviette ring.
