This is a wonderfully creative gift to make, but you need to have a good bit of left over wood for this gift. Mark round circles on the piece of wood in an orderly way. Use a drill with a 6mm wide drill bit and drill holes onto the marks deep enough for a pen or brush to stand in. Once done, remove the wood dust and paint to give it a nice finish. When dry display or give away as a gift.
