Gather flowers and herbs from the garden. Start with one flower for your centre point and start to add more flowers and greenery, making sure that all the stems radiate in the same direction. When you get to the outer edge of the posy, place the flowers and greenery slightly lower to create a dome shape. Turn and view from different angles to make sure it looks even from all profiles. Use florist tape to tie the posy tightly. Cut the stems evenly and place on top of the cup and saucer.
